After thinking about it more, I think the buzzkill with AI has something to do with it seemingly removing the value of skill within digital work. Not that it should have ever necessarily been valuable to have virtual skills in the first place, but the pursuit of these skills was fulfilling to me. For the first time in a long while, determining what to pursue next skill-wise has been difficult.

Having moved from an area with beige limestone, I appreciate the natural bluish-gray color of the granite-esque rock in Black River Falls—so much so that I've been using it as a landscape rock. This corner in particular gets torn up by the dogs. Going to throw some flagstones on top for walking.
